12BET unveil smart phone offering

Online operators 12BET have launched a new smart phone interface.

The HTML5 offering, which can be found at smart.12bet.com, is browser optimised, meaning that all events and bets offered on the traditional version of the site are also accessible on the smart phone variant.

The product, which was developed by providers ONEworks, is not restricted to any particular brand of smart phone and is compatible with iPhone and Android, as well as iPad.

12BET CEO for Europe Rory Anderson said: “I am delighted with the final product delivered to us by ONEworks.

“The navigation is clean and intuitive, and based on initial testing we estimate that up to 10% of our active user base will try the new platform by the end of December, with further growth into 2013.”

ONEworks director for Europe Lee Richardson said: “”We know how vitally important mobile is for our European-facing sportsbook clients, and I am certain this will help 12bet.com gain even greater market share through our enhanced mobile offering, increasingly the ‘channel of choice’ amongst in-play sports-betting customers.”
