As noted by SkillOnNet, the partnership will enable P&S to significantly grow its team and accelerate its journey to becoming a fully independent studio.
With two main offices in Spain and Armenia, P&S has produced over 20 games, with the studio part of the Silver Bullet partnership with Relax Gaming and Yggdrasil Gaming’s Masters programme.
“Our new partnership will allow P&S to extend its reach and allow tier one operators to enjoy the studio’s best-performing games, such as Johnan Legendarian, MonsterBlox and The Legend of Musashi,” said SkillOnNet Senior VP Corporate Development Maor Nutkevitch.
“We’re delighted to be working with such a rising star within the game studio community.”
SkillOnNet is home to the likes of PlayOJO, DrückGlück and Genting Casino, and supplies software and turnkey products to casino brands such as Slotstars, Mega Casino, Spin Genie and Metal Casino.
P&S Co-Founder Mitri Wiberg commented: “This joint venture will allow us to speed up our growth and extend our fantastic and innovative games to industry-leading operators and their players.
“We are delighted to be working with SkillOnNet, whose status as a major global operator will help us to enhance the reach of our quality games to an even wider audience.”
Earlier this month, SkillOnNet received a licence to offer online slots in all German states from the country’s recently established federal gambling regulator, die Glücksspielbehörde (GGL).
And last month, the group signed a new content partnership with games developer Playson. The agreement sees the integration of Playson’s full suite of games onto SkillOnNet’s games platform.
