iders Aristocrat Leisure are to acquire online social games firm Product Madness.

The deal will see Aristocrat combine their gaming content with the platform technology of Product Madness to drive combined growth in the social gaming sector.

Aristocrat have agreed to purchase the entire Product Madness business, including management, with Product Madness co-founders Lior Shiff and Jose Brotons set to continue to lead the company.

Founded in 2007, Product Madness are one of the top five social casino slot game operators on Facebook, boasting over 500,000 daily active users and 3.5m monthly active users.

The firm have over 20 employees and maintain offices in London and San Francisco.

Aristocrat CEO and managing director Jamie Odell said: “The Product Madness platform will allow our customers to meaningfully enhance player experience.

“Together with our recently announced acquisition of an internet gaming system and remote game server, Aristocrat is making strategic and measured investments that position us for a future in which online channels will be key to our growth.”

Product Madness co-founders Lior Shiff and Jose Brotons added: “Joining the Aristocrat team is a significant milestone for us.
