Motti Gil has been announced as the new CFO of NeoGames. Gil’s new role will be effective 1 August 2023.
Gil will be taking over from Raviv Adler who is stepping down from the role at the end of July.
In the meantime, both Gil and Adler will work together in the transition period.
Gil has over 20 years of financial experience, having served as the CFO of Aspire Global since 2016. Prior to this, Gil spent seven years as CFO at GoNet Systems.
This year, Aristocrat announced that it will purchase NeoGames in a $1.2bn deal.
Additionally, NeoGames joined the United Lotteries for Integrity in Sports. NeoGames will have exclusive access to a library of resources that can be used to strengthen integrity and transparency.
