GeoComply has revealed the addition of two seasoned executives to its management group.
Kelly Schaefer has been hired as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Lindsey Drake has been named as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As CFO, Drake will be in charge of all financial activities at GeoComply, such as capital management, budgeting and financial planning. She brings a wide range of experience to her role and has a strong foundation in finance with a track record of fostering growth and profitability.
As CHRO, Schaefer will oversee GeoComply's human resources strategy with an emphasis on hiring, retaining and developing talent.
With Drake and Schaefer's appointments, the leadership team of GeoComply will be made up of more than 60% women.

Meanwhile, GeoComply announced its first acquisition of the technology and solutions platform OneComply in 2023.
