FanDuel has appointed Alison Kutler as the company's new VP of Sustainability & Responsible Gaming (RG).
Kutler’s duties mean she will lead the company’s responsible gaming policy and regulatory affairs, which include: RG training and product development, RG operations and working with the advocacy teams focused on the company's various verticals.
Kutler has an extensive work history; she began her career in the government sector working for US Congressman Peter Hoagland as Assistant to Chief of Staff from 1991-1993, before working as Assistant to the Secretary at the US Department of Commerce from 1993-1996.
Between the time of 1999-2011, Kutler worked multiple jobs in the public, private and government sectors. However, in 2011 she began her executive career, where she started working at Rio Tinto as VP of External Affairs from 2011-2012.
In 2012, Kutler moved on to work at Visa as its SVP in Government Relations-Americas until 2015 before working at the Federal Communications Commission as Chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau and Special Advisor to the Chairman between 2015-2017.
From 2017-2020 Kutler worked as a Principal (Partner) at PwC before working at BCW Global as its EVP and Deputy Market Leader between 2017-2020.
After her time at BCW, she was appointed as Senior Vice President in Global Government Affairs at Dapper Labs from 2021-2023 before being granted the role of VP of Responsible Gaming and Sustainability at FanDuel.
