Underdog Sports appoints Cameron MacMillan as VP of VIP
MacMillan has been brought onto the team to develop and launch the upcoming Top Dog Program at the company.
Underdog Sports, a fantasy sports betting operator, has appointed Cameron MacMillan as the VP of VIP.
As VP of VIP, MacMillan will oversee the Top Dogs Program, where he will manage VIP applications, campaigns and rewards.
Prior to his position at Underdog Sports, MacMillan served as an Advisor at Better Collective, a fantasy sports lead generation service.
He transitioned to this role after Better Collective acquired RotoGrinders, the fantasy sports media provider that MacMillan co-founded in 2009, for a total of $60m.
Jeremy Levine, Underdog Sports Founder & Co-CEO, said: “Cameron is someone I have known for a very long time, and he’s shown to be a proven winner.
“Of all the places he could have taken his time and talents to, I’m thankful he decided to come and win with the Underdog team.”
As a fantasy sports betting platform, Underdog Sports offers a range of markets, including the National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA), the National Hockey League (NHL) and the Professional Golfer’s Association (PGA).
On his appointment, MacMillan said: “I’ve been an investor in Underdog Sports since Day One, so to be able to join the team and build out best-in-class experiential services for some of the most loyal Underdog Sports users is an opportunity that I’m passionate about.
“The future is very bright here and I believe we will become one of the top sportsbooks in America, so I’m really excited to be a part of the journey.”
