The Legendary Waters Resort & Casino, owned and operated by the tribe of Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, has selected CasinoTrac to update its casino management system.
Founded in 2011, the casino holds over 240 slot machines, as well as blackjack, poker, bingo cribbage and specialist tournaments.
The CasinoTrac technology will allow the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa to manage the casino business across all departments.
The management system will deliver data insight reports from analytics, ranging from accounting to player promotions.

In addition, CasinoTrac offers a patented table game management system, and intelligent dispatch system, hourly auto-tiering algorithms and a built-in rewards generator.

When the FY2022 Tribal gaming reports were released earlier this summer, it was found that revenue totals broke records at $40.9bn.
