Betfred announces launch of new insights hub
The new hub will offer exclusive interviews, new RG tools and an enhanced UX.
Betfred has announced the inauguration of its new insights hub, insights.betfred.com, which aims to inform customers about products, services and promotional offers.
The new hub has also been designed to help customers discover original content, resolve queries, learn about new sponsorships and more.
The hub replaces blog.betfred.com, which was created in 2008.
Content on the site will also include previews and in-depth analyses of major sports tournaments, responsible gambling tools and education guides, alongside exclusive interviews from brand ambassadors.
Some Betfred ambassadors include: ex-professional footballers Andy Cole, Steve McManaman, Glen Johnson and Louis Saha, and golf expert Jamie Worsley.
Insights.betfred.com has also had its content management system and updated content processes created to be geo-friendly within its new insights hub.
