Pavilion Payments appoints Steve Ritchie as CRO

Payments provider Pavilion Payments has announced that Steve Ritchie will be appointed as its new Chief Revenue Officer.

Before joining Pavilion Payments, Ritchie served as the CRO for three Riverside Company portfolio companies in the healthcare and medical technology industries, as well as holding sales leadership roles at Warburg Pincus and Genstar Capital.

His executive career began back in 2001, when he was the VP of ChoicePoint (now Lexis-Nexis Risk Solutions); he remained there until 2006 before he did a brief stint as SVP at Davis Brand Capital from 2006-2007.

The company’s statement announces that in his new role, Ritchie will ‘tap into his expertise in implementing disciplined processes to deliver quality and building high-performing teams to drive sustainable revenue growth for Pavilion Payments.’

New CRO at Pavillion Payments, Ritchie, stated: “I am very excited to take on this new role and to help Pavilion bring innovation, integration, and a far superior customer experience to the gaming industry. The gaming industry is evolving, and I’m honored to be a part of the Pavilion Payments journey.”

Christopher Justice, Pavilion Payments CEO, commented: “Steve’s role is a vital part of the company and after interviewing more than 100 people to find the right mix of experience, leadership and skills, we knew Steve would truly be an asset to the Pavilion Payments team.

“As we continue our transition to Pavilion Payments, Steve’s deep understanding of the industry will enable us to grow our business and ultimately better serve our customers. We warmly welcome Steve to the Pavilion Payments team as we push for further innovation in the gaming industry.”
