SCCG Management has renewed its partnership with Rolling Insights, a provider of sports data APIs and analytical tools, to both extend and enhance the contract between them.
The new deal will include the launch of the Breakaway Accelerator programme, which will be aimed toward sports technology companies.
Steven Kenway, CEO of Rolling Insights, said: “With the inception of Breakaway Accelerator, we're set to elevate sports tech companies to unprecedented heights.
“This robust program will arm participants with vital resources, equipping them to craft successful MVPs and making their mark in the burgeoning sports tech industry.”
The Breakaway Accelerator programme will allow firms who are in the early stages of development a 90% discount on DataFeeds.
Firms will also receive support from Rolling Insights and SCCG Management, such as networking opportunities.
Stephen Crystal, Founder of SCCG Management, said: “Breakaway Accelerator epitomises the ideal launchpad for sports tech firms eyeing accelerated growth.
“We're steadfast in our belief that this program will incubate participants into developing pioneering MVPs, shaping them as frontrunners in the sports tech sector.”
Sports technology companies will be able to choose between three tiers, each of them specifically created to cater to firms in different stages of growth: Breakaway Varsity, Breakaway Rookie, and Breakaway All-Star.
For example, while Breakaway Varisity has a free-for-education tier of sports data API, the Breakaway All-Star includes all DataFeeds sports data APIs and priority access to the development teams.
In other company news, SCCG Management also partnered with SSTrader, a sports analytics and AI-powered predictions platform.
