Supplier Evoplay has taken a strategic step in the Italian market by entering into a partnership with BetFlag, aimed at broadening its offerings in the region.
The Italian market has been a focal point for Evoplay, as evidenced by its acquisition of an Italian licence in May 2022, followed by launches with operators including Tuko, Scommettendo and Sportbet.
Vladimir Malakchi, Chief Commercial Officer at Evoplay, stated: "Our latest agreement signifies our commitment to expanding our reach across Europe and particularly in the Italian market, which remains a top priority in Evoplay's strategic roadmap."
BetFlag's Casino Project Manager, Laviero Saganeiti, spoke about the appeal of Evoplay's games. Evoplay recently collaborated with Livespins to integrate its games into Livespins' streaming platform, allowing players to bet on live streams and interact with streamers.
In addition, Evoplay reported growth in H1 2023, including an 84% increase in gross gaming revenue (GGR) and a 104% rise in betting rounds. The studio also expanded its partnership network by 34%, engaging in collaborations with Sportingtech, Solverde.pt and 7bet – leading to an 85% growth in its player base.
