Bragg Gaming has announced that its COO and President, Lara Falzon, will be resigning from her position. Her final day in the position will be 31 December 2023, and until this date she intends to continue in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Bragg Gaming is an iGaming technology provider, offering content and technologies to both online and land-based casino operators. Its in-house brands, including Spin Games and Atomic Slot Lab, create a variety of games that can be accessed by Bragg customers, while technologies include a Bragg PAM, a player account management platform.

The company is notable for its range of collaborations and partnerships with providers across the industry, including Entain, BetMGM and others.

Falzon came to Bragg Gaming with 15 years of experience in management and C-Suite positions, including a three-year position as CFO of Red Tiger Gaming. On her departure from Bragg Gaming, Falzon said:

“I am honored to have been part of the Bragg team during a time when the company made so much progress in establishing its foundation to achieve consistent growth. I am confident the company has outstanding leadership and team members to guide its continued success going forward.”

Indeed, Bragg Gaming has seen consistent growth during Falzon’s tenure. Q3 2023 results came in showing that adjusted EBITDA was up 71% from Q3 2022, with a year-on-year revenue increase of 8%.

Bragg Chairman and CEO Matevž Mazij described Falzon as: “an invaluable member of our team,” whose “dedication, leadership and hard work have left a significant mark on Bragg.”
