Maltese-based betting recruiter TalentBet has announced that its current Director of Talent, Sennette Lam, has now been promoted to CEO.
Lam has 15 years of recruitment experience and has been with TalentBet since its formation back in February of this year.
She will help lead the company as the CEO, as it looks to expand further globally.
TalentBet has a focus on iGaming and Fintech recruitment, with companies such as Pragmatic Play and iGaming Core counted as two of its many clients. The company posts a number of jobs covering categories such as finance, marketing, IT, customer services and many others.
Lam gave her thoughts on being promoted: “I’m delighted with the success of the company so far and the prospect of leading the global growth ambitions as CEO.
"We’ve done things differently at TalentBet, putting the client first at all times, offering a more tailored and personal approach and now we look to deliver that internationally as well.”
Lead investor at TalentBet, David Hodkinson, added: “Sennette has proven to be an instrumental part of what is an incredible growth story during 2023for TalentBet. When the opportunity arose for Sennette to step into the CEO role, there was no doubt that she was the right person.”
TalentBet is expanding its international offices to Cyprus and the USA over the coming months, with Lam tasked with leading these plans.
