Premier Greyhound Racing secures exclusive broadcast deal with Sky Sports Racing
Every race will also be streamed live on the new attheraces.com website.
Premier Greyhound Racing (PGR) has announced that it has secured an exclusive broadcasting deal with Sky Sports Racing which will commence January 1, 2024.
From the start of the new year, greyhound racing will be broadcast on Sky Sports Racing. Daily coverage from PGR tracks will also include a dedicated red button channel accessible to Sky customers.
Every one of PGR’s races will also be streamed live on a new website section called greyhounds.attheraces.com.
For the coverage on Sky Sports Racing and greyhounds.attheraces.com, PGR has said that it has invested in data tools including ‘enhanced graphics for form, statistics analysis, racecards, bet prompts and race predictors.’
The site, attheraces.com, is set to release a second phase of its greyhound offering with a new site set for autumn 2024.

Commercial and Media Rights Director, Sky Sports Racing, James Singer, added: “This partnership is great news for our viewers and users who will have access to dedicated greyhound racing coverage for the first time on the Red Button and via a new website destination which we aim to develop much further over the coming months. We fully support PGR’s intentions in properly showcasing the sport as well as its crucial commitment to welfare and ensuring that greyhounds have the best experience during their career and into retirement.”
