ReactivAction, a recent entrant in the iGaming industry with a focus on online casino games and sports betting, has initiated a partnership with Fast Track. The move marks a desire to solidify its presence across various markets, with an initial focus on Brazil.
Given that ReactivAction has also set its sights on expansion beyond Brazil into Canada, New Zealand and Ireland through a second brand, the company sought a long-term partner that not only comprehends its growth trajectory but can also help drive that growth.
Leveraging Fast Track’s AI-driven tools – including Lifecycle Automation and Real-Time Data Analytics – ReactivAction aims to enhance its player engagement and retention strategies.
Fast Track’s technology will also allow ReactivAction to customise communications and personalise promotions and bonuses based on individual player preferences. This tailored approach aims to ensure a more engaging and personalised gaming experience for players.
