Novomatic’s supervisory board has announced the appointment of Stefan Krenn as the newest member of the Executive Board.
Krenn will serve alongside Ryszard Presch and Johannes Gratzl.
His experience at Novomatic spans nearly 10 years, and includes roles such as Secretary General and Global Division Manager. Most recently, he held the title of Authorised Representative.
Speaking of his recent appointment, Krenn commented: “I would like to thank the Supervisory Board for the trust they have placed in me, and I am looking forward to this responsible and exciting new task.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Novomatic Dr. Bernd Oswald reflected this enthusiasm: “We are delighted to have been able to bring on board Stefan Krenn, an experienced manager and a proven expert from our own ranks as the new Member of our Executive Board.

In related news, Novomatic recently achieved international recognition with an upgraded ESG rating. In December 2023, the supplier’s rating was elevated, pushing the brand into the top 30% of the electronics industry.
Last year, Novomatic Netherlands appointed Karin den Dunnen to the position of CFO as part of its management restructuring plans.
