Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort, situated in Incheon, South Korea, has integrated multiple hospitality solutions from Agilysys.
The resort, which stands as South Korea's largest entertainment-integrated resort destination, initiated the deployment of Agilysys solutions in December 2023.
These solutions include property management system (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) technologies, which commenced supporting hotel and food & beverage operations and later expanded to include gaming and non-gaming patrons following the casino's opening on 3 February.
In addition to PMS and POS solutions, Mohegan Inspire has implemented Agilysys solutions for booking, dining reservations, service management, mobile food & beverage ordering and document imaging.
Plans for deploying mobile check-in and check-out, loyalty management and promotional activities are currently in progress.
Mohegan Inspire spans nearly 500,000 square metres and features various amenities, including a five-star hotel, a 15,000-seat arena, a water park, MICE facilities and various entertainment options.

Mohegan Inspire's integration of Agilysys solutions follows its partnership with Light & Wonder for gaming machines and systems solutions.
In January 2024, the resort also achieved a five-star hotel rating from the Korea Tourism Association and anticipated cash-flow positivity by the end of the year.
