Simplebet will be launching a game tracker across a variety of operator partners ahead of this season’s NCAA tournament, better known as March Madness.

On Betr and DraftKings’ websites, fans can follow matches in sync with Simplebet’s micro-betting markets, offering an in-play betting experience, with animated plays, visualizations and stats to aid with bets.

During the 2023-24 NCAA basketball season, Simplebet has also offered market offerings that are a little different. This has included betting on what may happen as a result of a particular possession, for example stating if a player’s next possession will result in a particular score.

Overall, this has been a positive campaign for the company with 2.45 million bets taken across all its partners this season, an increase of nearly one million from the same period last season.

Simplebet CEO Chris Bevilacqua said: "The launch of our game tracker for March Madness is a moment we’ve long been looking forward to.

"The game tracker we have created truly is a best-in-class product and will prove to be a necessity for any operator to integrate. Bettors will have a true single-screen experience as the tournament goes on, having the ability to see the action of every game in real-time and place bets reflective of that.

“We are continuing to innovate new ways for bettors and fans to interact with sports, and we believe the launch of our new game tracker will drive incremental engagement."

In other sports betting news today, Kambi has integrated Abios’ escoccer odds product into its sportsbook platform.
