Inspired Entertainment has introduced End Zone Cash in collaboration with NFL Alumni (NFLA) players.
This new title – now available through the Pennsylvania Lottery – offers a gaming experience that features retired football legends.
In addition to showcasing recognised players, the game presents team matchups, a touchdown count and a touchdown multiplier.
End Zone Cash will be integrated into the Pennsylvania Lottery's retail network and will be accessible across more than 10,000 retail locations throughout the state.
As part of this development, Inspired has secured an exclusive agreement with Veepio, the mobile technology arm of NFLA, enabling the commercial utilisation of names, brands, images, personas and likenesses of NFLA members in virtual football games.
The NFLA is one of the oldest retired player organisations in professional sports, comprising thousands of former players, coaches, team staff members and associates.
Brooks Pierce, President and CEO of Inspired, commented: “The Pennsylvania Lottery was the first to introduce our virtual sports products in North America, and we are thrilled now to introduce End Zone Cash to their Xpress Virtual Sports lineup.
“End Zone Cash includes exciting new game mechanics like multipliers and jackpots, which are familiar to lottery players and will provide them with enhanced opportunities and a richer gameplay experience.
"This is important in attracting US lottery players who may be new to virtual sports, while also providing the Pennsylvania Lottery with a dynamic new opportunity for revenue growth.”
Drew Svitko, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Lottery, added: “We are delighted to be the first in North America to bring Inspired’s ultra-realistic virtual products to our valued lottery players.
"These games are a testament to our ongoing commitment to modernise our operations and generate additional funds to support the well-being of older Pennsylvanians."
