Gambling Insider is pleased to share that the Shortlist for the Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific 2024 has now been finalised, following a thorough review of all nominations, submitted by companies, as well as recommendations from industry consultants and experts.

All shortlisted companies will be contacted via email in the next couple of weeks.

The event will reward the strongest performers in the gaming industry from across Asia-Pacific. There are 11 categories, spanning the land-based and digital verticals. Both suppliers and operators will be recognised.

For over a decade now, the Global Gaming Awards have been known as the most prestigious Awards in the gaming industry due to the strict shortlisting and voting processes.

“The industry in Asia is getting bigger, stronger and much more competitive. Huge congratulations to all those who have made it to this year’s Shortlist,” said Mariya Savova, Event Manager of the Global Gaming Awards.

“It’s not easy for any company to enter Asia, let alone to leave a mark on the industry in that region and demonstrate solid performance.

“We can’t wait to reveal the winners at our first event in Manila,” she added.

Every company and individual has been shortlisted for a specific reason which is made publicly available in the official Shortlist magazine. The magazine will be released in early May.

The winners will be decided by a panel of 30 executives from the APAC gaming industry. KPMG in the Crown Dependencies will independently adjudicate the voting process to ensure fairness and transparency.

The Awards presentation ceremony will be held on Day 2 of SiGMA Asia, 4 June, in Manila, the Philippines.

BetConstruct is the Lead Partner of the Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific 2024. Other event sponsors include Interblock Gaming, Light & Wonder, Aristocrat Gaming, SPRIBE and Z-Gaming.

After the Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific in June, Gambling Insider will host the eleventh Global Gaming Awards Americas in Las Vegas on 7 October. The nominations window for the Americas edition of the event is currently open on the Awards’ official website.
