Elys BMG Group has unveiled its latest sportsbook installation at The Ugly Mug restaurant and bar in Washington, DC.
The new development is part of Elys’ ongoing aim to deliver sports wagering experiences to small businesses across the US.
Pending final approval from the District of Columbia Office of Lottery and Gaming, this venture will serve as Elys' fourth privately owned sportsbook in the district.
Positioned just a stone's throw away from Nationals Stadium, The Ugly Mug offers a location in the heart of Washington, DC.
Its proximity to popular landmarks such as Capitol Hill and the Marine Barracks hopes to ensure convenient access for sports enthusiasts and bettors.
Prior to this, Elys also opened up a new sportsbook at Santa Claran Casino Resort in New Mexico in July 2023. This move allowed customers of the resort to place wagers on a selection of sports betting markets at the Elys Sportsbook Bar and Grill.
Earlier in 2023, Elys also inked a deal that saw the company acquiring an IT brand called Engage IT Services. The deal was made with the intention of integrating Engage IT Services within Elys’ core business.
