ComeOn Group has extended its partnership with Optimove.

ComeOn currently uses the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) by Optimove, called Opti-x, which allows for a customised player experience at its online casino brands.

The DXP platform will now be used to support the proprietary sports betting platform by ComeOn Group too.

ComeOn Group Chief Data Officer, Sherwin Jarvand, said: “Personalisation has always been key to our strategy and powered by our proprietary platform.

“As we gear up to grow our sportsbook business, it is essential we apply the same ethos across our platform and full product offering.

“Extending our partnership with Optimove will further enhance the betting and casino experience for all of our customers through personalised onsite experiences as well as automated, dynamic, and relevant CRM content.”

The personalised experience includes individualised content recommendations from the player's first visit, including any search results the player may make.

The software also tracks customer and event data to allow for contextual pop-up messages.

Optimove Director of Personalisation Offering, Matthew Gilbery, said: “ComeOn Group is a perfect example of how to tackle personalisation at scale.

“They embrace full multi-channel personalisation, optimising the customer experience without boundaries.

“It is organisations like theirs that present challenges and opportunities that drive Optimove to continually improve CRM Marketing for iGaming.”

ComeOn Group currently operates 15 brands in the iGaming market, including Mobilebet, Galaksino and GetLucky.

The company’s CEO, Juergen Reutter, announced in November last year that ComeOn Group was looking into becoming a tier one operator in the sports market too.

The iGaming operator also recently signed a deal with Octoplay to integrate its online slot titles.
