Casumo has undertaken a significant overhaul, introducing a new brand identity and reorganising its entire C-suite team.

This comprehensive refresh marks one of the company's most substantial marketing and staffing changes to date.

The new C-suite team is noted for its diversity, with nearly half of the members being female, including Sandhya Singh as Chief Customer Experience Officer, who brings experience from Meta, Amazon and Hewlett-Packard.

Beyond this, the executive team at Casumo includes both newcomers and long-standing team members. These include Francesco Postiglione as Chief Executive Officer, who was hired last year, Tim De Borle as Chief Operating Officer, Janice Duncan as Group Chief Financial Officer, Kerry Swainson as Chief Compliance Officer, Cristina Turbatu as Chief Technology Officer, Nikola Jellačić as Chief Marketing Officer, Tony O’Mahony as Chief Product Officer and Martin Schillig as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Regarding these changes, Casumo’s COO, Tim De Borle, stated: “It has been a year of change and transformation, of which most is not yet visible to the industry or to our players.

“The whole organisation has been in a massive transformation phase for about a year and to a certain extent still is.

“It’s an honour to work for an organisation and a brand like Casumo but some elements that led to past success were relevant only in a different time and were relevant only in a different regulatory environment than what we have today. So we needed a clear change in direction.”

Nikola Jellačić, the newly appointed Chief Marketing Officer, added: “It brings a new sense of energy within the company, for the company. I wouldn't call it a rebirth necessarily, but I would call it a comeback story."

Earlier this year, Gambling Insider spoke with Casumo CFO, Janice Duncan, about the company’s rebranding efforts.

During the interview, Duncan referenced the inclusive work culture within the company, stating: “I think the fact we have a 50/50 gender divide at C-level gives people the view that opportunities are there regardless of who you are and where you come from.”
