ThrillTech has secured B2B licences to operate in Romania, Sweden and Malta. These licences enable ThrillTech to expand its operations into these regulated markets, allowing for broader distribution of its technology solutions.

ThrillTech's technology includes implementations for various product verticals, enabling operators to manage jackpots on different events, such as deposits and withdrawals.

The new licences will allow ThrillTech to provide these solutions to both new and existing customers in the respective jurisdictions.

Peter Mareš, ThrillTech CTO, commented: "We’ve been fortunate that our customers realise the value of the products we offer, which has translated into significant interest. The expansion of the markets we can now service marks an important milestone for our young company. We’re excited to offer our monetisation and engagement technology to operators within these new jurisdictions."

The acquisition of these licences follows similar moves by other companies in the gaming industry. Earlier this month, St8.io received a recognition notice from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), allowing it to operate within MGA-regulated markets.

This approval builds on St8.io's existing licence from the Romanian National Gambling Office and its partnership with Betby, aimed at offering a combined API integration for casino and sportsbook content.

Additionally, Booming Games recently obtained a Romanian B2B licence from the Oficiul National Pentru Jocuri De Noroc (ONJN). This licence permits Booming Games to offer its range of products in the Romanian market, a region that has seen increased interest from gaming companies looking to expand their European footprint.

The Romanian market, in particular, has been attractive to gaming operators due to its regulatory stability and opportunities for market access. Other companies such as 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming and Wazdan have also secured Romanian licences or formed partnerships to expand their presence in the country.
