LiveScore has launched a new free-to-play football game on its app called Build Up.
The premise of the game is that users are tasked with answering a series of match-related questions, predicting events that may take place during a match, such as a certain player scoring or assisting, or the overall match result, etc.
Correctly predicting these outcomes will give users points towards their place on an overall leaderboard, with the less likely predictions scoring more points, where there are cash prizes available for those who finish high enough.
The first round of Build Up took place over the weekend just gone (August 17 -18) for Manchester City’s trip to Chelsea on Sunday (18 August), with the game round opening on the Thursday before (15 August).
The game is accessible through the LiveScore app on iOS and Android for residents in Ireland and the UK aged 18 and over
LiveScore Group CEO Sam Sadi said: “We’re thrilled to launch the Build Up, an exciting addition to LiveScore’s suite of free-to-play games.
“The launch of Build Up further represents LiveScore Group’s mission of fueling fans’ passion for sport, bringing them closer to the action and providing the chance to win cash prizes, as we continue to enhance the experience for football fans.”
In other company news last week, LiveScore launched a new TV commercial in Ireland targeting sports audiences to promote its 'Total Betting' platform.
