OpenBet has announced a partnership with Bell Ventures Digital to power the new BandBet online betting and gaming brand in Brazil.
The partnership, facilitated with financial advice from BTG Pactual, aims to bring together OpenBet's technological knowledge with the brand power of Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação (Band), one of Brazil's largest media conglomerates.
BandBet, currently in a soft launch phase, is operating under the authorisation of the Ministry of Finance during the market's transition period.
OpenBet will provide an end-to-end betting and gaming ecosystem for BandBet, including Player Account Management, BetBuilder, Responsible Gaming Technology and Managed Trading Services.
The platform will also feature OpenBet Locator, a geolocation solution powered by Amazon Web Services, ensuring compliance with Brazil's regulatory requirements.
The collaboration additionally includes a fully integrated online casino experience, offering a range of content from multiple studios. Central to the platform is a responsible gaming and anti-money laundering technology, powered by Neccton, that aims to provide player protection and regulatory compliance.
