Multi-Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay is set to open his first restaurant in Virginia, with the arrival of Ramsay’s Kitchen at Caesars Virginia in Danville.

The restaurant, inspired by Ramsay’s global culinary experiences, will open later this year as part of the new resort.

Ramsay expressed excitement about bringing his cuisine to Virginia, stating: “Caesars Virginia sets the standard for approachable luxury, and I’m so proud to open my first restaurant here inside this beautiful resort.

“My longstanding partnership with Caesars has proven to be a fan favourite time and time again. I’m beyond excited to continue that here in the Commonwealth of Virginia by sharing my take on global cuisine.”

Ramsay’s Kitchen aims to offer an accessible yet luxurious dining experience that reflects his signature dishes, such as Beef Wellington, Crispy Skin Salmon, Pan Seared Scallops and a 24-ounce Bone-In Ribeye.

Starters include local favourites like Virginia Oysters and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, while desserts feature both British classics like Sticky Toffee Pudding and modern twists such as Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake.

Located adjacent to the hotel registration area and near the casino floor, Ramsay’s Kitchen will feature over 250 seating options, including a private dining room and an outdoor patio with views of Danville’s historic Three Sisters smokestacks.

Commenting on this development, Chris Albrecht, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Caesars Virginia, said: “Ramsay’s Kitchen brings an elevated dining option not just to our resort, but it brings a world-class option that the region hasn’t seen.

“We’re so grateful that Chef Ramsay chose Caesars Virginia for his latest Ramsay’s Kitchen, and we look forward to introducing our guests to this phenomenal restaurant.”
