Tucker brings over two decades of legal and governance experience to the role. Before joining Aristocrat in 2021, she held senior global legal and company secretary positions at several organisations, including Corporate Travel Management, Tatts Group and UniTab.
In her new role, Tucker will maintain her current responsibilities as group company secretary while reporting directly to Trevor Croker, Aristocrat's Chief Executive and Managing Director.
As part of the transition, Tucker will relocate from Sydney, Australia, to the company's Las Vegas offices in Nevada, USA.
Commenting on Tucker’s appointment, Trevor Croker stated: “I am delighted to elevate a leader of Anne’s calibre to our leadership team. Anne’s appointment is testament to Aristocrat’s focus on executive development and of our talent.
“Since joining Aristocrat in October 2021, Anne has led a number of complex strategic projects and major mergers and acquisitions and established herself as a trusted partner and cultural leader.
“Anne’s legal expertise, industry knowledge and strong understanding of our obligations as an ASX-listed company further add to her credentials and will be integral at this exciting time in Aristocrat’s journey.”
