A key development during the period was a partnership with a UK mobile network operator, designed to enhance Good Life Plus’s visibility across the UK.
Financially, the company raised £2.03m in March and secured an additional £2m in October. These funds aim to support customer acquisition initiatives, operational improvements and additional partnerships as Good Life Plus continues to establish its position within the prize draw and rewards market.
Good to know: Looking forward, the Board remains focused on achieving its targets for FY 2025/26, with an emphasis on subscriber growth and continued expansion within and beyond the UK
Earlier in 2024, the company announced a leadership appointment, with David Craven, former CEO of Allwyn Entertainment, joining as Non-Executive Chairman in February.
Craven brings industry expertise from his tenure with Allwyn, where he was involved in securing the UK National Lottery licence and leading the acquisition of Camelot. His experience is expected to support Good Life Plus’s strategic expansion plans, which include strengthening operations and potentially exploring new markets.
