Supplier Hacksaw Gaming has announced a new strategic partnership with Sky Betting and Gaming for the provision of its online gaming portfolio.
Owned and operated by Flutter’s UK & Ireland branch, Sky Betting and Gaming will now, as per this latest agreement, see the integration of Hacksaw titles such as Chaos Crew 2, Le Bandit and Wanted Dead or a Wild, to its platform.
Hacksaw’s full portfolio of games will not be integrated as part of the immediate agreement. However, the pair have unveiled plans to expand the portfolio integration further in the future.
In January, Sky Betting and Gaming sought to aid the expansion of Octoplay’s gaming portfolio in the UK market via a similar partnership agreement. More recently, in September, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office issued a formal reprimand to the company for processing users’ personal data without obtaining consent.
Joseph Williams, Content Manager for Sky Betting & Gaming spoke on this latest partnership agreement, saying: "We’re elated about this new collaboration and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Good to know: Hacksaw also found itself in legal trouble this summer after being fined SEK 2.6m ($240,000) for non-compliance
"With a partner as innovative and renowned as Hacksaw Gaming, we’re confident our players will love the exciting variety these games bring to our platform."
On the other side of the deal, this new arrangement follows the release of Hacksaw’s first branded slot with Kaizen gaming in June. More recently, an additional iGaming portfolio distribution partnership was also drawn up between Hacksaw and Scommettendo in the Italian market.
Also commenting on the newly announced collaboration was Marcus Cordes, CEO of Hacksaw Gaming, who said: "We’re incredibly proud to welcome Sky, an industry titan, to our growing roster of partners. Sky’s reputation for excellence speaks for itself, and we’re confident their players will embrace our cutting-edge content and distinctive style."
