Key points:

GR8 Tech is undergoing a leadership transition as it enters the new year. Effective 1 January 2025, Oleksandr Feshchenko will step into the role of CEO, succeeding Evgen Belousov who has led the company since its inception.
Additionally, Sergey Ghazaryan – previously the Head of the Casino Business Unit – has already assumed the role of Chief Revenue Officer as of 1 December 2024.
Under Belousov’s leadership, GR8 Tech has experienced solid growth, expanding its client base eightfold and significantly increasing its revenue. Over the past year, the company has onboarded over 25 new clients and supported nearly 50 live operator brands.
Belousov expressed pride in the milestones achieved during his tenure, stating: “Leading GR8 Tech has been nothing short of transformative. We’ve redefined what success looks like in our industry, achieving remarkable milestones in only two years' time.
Good to know: Feshchenko’s rise to the helm of GR8 Tech comes after he was appointed as the company’s deputy CEO (alongside CTO Artur Ashyrov) back in July of this year.
"We’ve laid down a strong foundation, and now, it’s time for a bold new chapter. With our high-performance platform and a vision to dominate as the world’s number one sportsbook-driven solution, I’m confident the new leadership will amplify this momentum and take GR8 Tech to unprecedented heights.”
As he steps away from the CEO role, Belousov will transition to independent advisory work in the B2B iGaming space.
This leadership transition coincides with GR8 Tech’s two-year anniversary in January 2025, a milestone the company plans to celebrate with new initiatives and announcements.
