Apache Nugget Corporation, a wholly owned business enterprise of the Jicarilla Apache Nation, has partnered with Table Trac to implement the CasinoTrac casino management system (CMS) and SlotSuite technology across its gaming and resort operations.
The rollout will begin with the reopening of Apache Nugget Casino near Cuba, New Mexico, on 14 February.
The decision to integrate CasinoTrac reportedly comes as part of an effort to enhance operational efficiency and improve security measures across gaming facilities.
The system includes marketing automation tools, accelerated jackpot payout processes and a unified management interface to optimise casino operations.
Tony J Amormino, CEO of Apache Nugget Corporation, stated: "We've chosen CasinoTrac and SlotSuite because they're the leading technologies driving efficient operations and great player experiences across the casino industry. We look forward to a long and productive relationship with Chad and his team."
CasinoTrac CMS will provide end-to-end security and real-time operational insights through its PlayerLinq network, allowing better customer engagement and streamlined management across multiple properties.
The integration of SlotSuite and SelfPay technology is expected to reduce payout processing times and increase play velocity.
