GR8 Tech promotes Kateryna Pozdnysheva to Chief Client Officer

GR8 Tech has appointed Kateryna Pozdnysheva as Chief Client Officer. Joining the supplier in September 2021, Pozdnysheva began as a Senior Product Manager for the company, before being promoted to CRM Product Head in August 2022 and Head of CRM Business Unit in December 2023. Now, Pozdnysheva is taking on her first C-level role at GR8 Tech.
The move follows a December announcement by the company of a leadership transition period for 2025, which saw the appointment of Oleksandr Feshchenko as CEO in the New Year. He succeeded former CEO Evgen Belousov.
In her latest role, Pozdnysheva will focus on retention strategies and drivers of business growth for clients. She explained: “This requires deeper collaboration, a clear understanding of their challenges and the ability to quickly adapt to market shifts.”
She will also continue in her role with the CRM business unit, from which she gathered a range of experience. She commented: “The key takeaway for me has been the importance of being proactive – anticipating client needs rather than just responding to them, and using cutting-edge technology to deliver tailored solutions.
“The biggest challenge is balancing short-term results with long-term strategic goals. The iGaming industry evolves rapidly, and our clients’ success depends on how quickly we can adapt and offer relevant solutions.”

Specifically, Pozdnysheva’s role will see her prioritise GR8 Tech’s net promoter score and customer satisfaction score metrics, measuring client recommendation rates and satisfaction rates respectively.
Outside of GR8 Tech, Pozdnysheva has a range of experience from businesses in several markets. This includes as Head of Developer Relations Group at Yandex, a machine learning technology company, and as a Product Owner with Aejis, an engineering solution company.
Earlier this year, GR8 Tech secured an MGA Recognition Notice, authorising the supplier to expand its offering in Malta. GR8 Tech intends to expand its iGaming services, turnkey solution, casino aggregation product and more in the market. It was described as a “big step for GR8 Tech” by CBDO Yevhen Krazhan.
