Seneca Gaming Corporation has announced the appointment of Cynthia Liu as CMO.
She will lead strategic marketing initiatives across Seneca’s three New York-based gaming properties – Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino – along with the Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course in Lewiston.
Liu’s role will encompass brand strategy, advertising, digital transformation, player development, revenue management and loyalty programs.
Liu joins Seneca Gaming with over two decades of experience in hospitality and brand marketing, having previously served as VP of Global Brand Management at Travel + Leisure Co, where she oversaw marketing strategies for more than 20 brands and managed efforts supporting $2bn in sales revenue.
Good to know: She has also held leadership positions at Caesars Entertainment, Las Vegas Sands and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

Liu’s appointment follows operational developments at Seneca Gaming, including an expansion of its order with Jackpot Digital for electronic table games.
In February 2025, Seneca increased its initial order of Jackpot Blitz tables from two to four, with delivery scheduled for the second quarter of the year.
