3 Oaks Gaming has received official certification to operate in Brazil’s newly regulated iGaming market.
The company’s remote gaming system, random number generator and a selection of its slot games have been approved by Brazilian authorities, enabling the supplier to offer its content to licensed operators across the country.
The approval follows a regulatory framework introduced by Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, which took effect in January 2025.
The certification ensures 3 Oaks Gaming meets the compliance and technical standards required under the new national legislation.
Good to know: Among the approved games are Lucky Penny, 3 Hot Chillies and Coin Volcano, all of which will now be accessible to players in Brazil through licensed platforms
Brazil’s regulated online gambling market is expected to become one of the most lucrative globally, with projections from Statista estimating revenues to surpass €6.5bn ($7.04bn) in 2025. This development places Brazil among the key growth targets for international suppliers.
3 Oaks Gaming has also expanded in other regulated markets, including Romania, where it launched a regional hub to support operations across Southeast Europe.
In August 2024, the company also partnered with WA.Technology to distribute its content across multiple operator platforms. That agreement allowed 3 Oaks to integrate its games into WA.Technology’s ecosystem, which supports over 4,500 games globally.
Yuriy Muratov, 3 Oaks Gaming CCO, said: “Securing certification for Brazil is a fantastic achievement for 3 Oaks Gaming and a key step in our growth. The Brazilian market holds enormous potential and we are excited to bring our slot content to licensed operators in the market.”
With this certification, 3 Oaks Gaming becomes one of the latest suppliers to enter Brazil’s regulated iGaming ecosystem.
