Key points:
- The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) will relocate to new premises on Monday 14 April
- The organisation will also transition from the Department of Justice IT network, which may cause temporary delays in email communications on Friday 10 April
The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) has confirmed it will move to new office premises starting Monday 14 April. The new office will be located at Ballaugh House, 73 Mount St Lower, Dublin 2, D02 PX37.
As part of the relocation, the GRAI will transition off the Department of Justice’s IT network, which is scheduled to take place on Friday 10 April. This change may result in delays in email communications for some of the day. During this time, certain GRAI staff members may have limited access to their emails.
Additionally, all email contacts using the @justice.ie domain will be phased out, and the GRAI will implement a new email system. Stakeholders are advised to update their contact records and replace any previous email addresses with the new GRAI contact details.
Good to know: From 14 April, the GRAI will adopt a new email system, with the updated general contact email: [email protected]
This move marks a new development in the establishment of the GRAI as an independent regulatory authority.
The organisation acknowledges the support of the Department of Justice during the transition process.
