Merkur Gaming US has been granted a licence by the Nevada Gaming Commission to manufacture and distribute gaming equipment in the state. The decision allows the company to re-enter one of the largest regulated casino markets globally.
Alongside the licence, the Commission has approved Merkur Group’s acquisition of Gaming Arts LLC, a licensed gaming operator headquartered in Las Vegas. The transaction is anticipated to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to final conditions.
Merkur Group was previously licensed in Nevada in 1998 but withdrew from the US in the early 2000s. The recent approval marks its formal return as a certified manufacturer and distributor.
