Optimove and EveryMatrix have announced a new integration that allows operators to launch real-time marketing campaigns based on live player activity.
The feature enables Optimove clients using EveryMatrix’s iGaming platform and it responds instantly to behavioural triggers such as deposits, withdrawals and session abandonment.
The integration aims to remove the technical bottlenecks that often delay campaign execution. According to Optimove’s VP of Revenue, Gaming, Motti Colman, the collaboration “reflects the power of Positionless Marketing in action” by no needing to wait on analysts or engineers.
For the operators, the practical benefits mainly include triggering welcome offers after a first deposit, loyalty rewards tied to gameplay milestones or automated reactivation messages following every session drop-off.
“This integration adds tremendous value for our operator partners,” said Kevin Furlong, Group CPO at EveryMatrix.

With the real-time integration now live, joint clients are now expected to gain greater control over personalisation strategies while improving the timing of customer engagement.
