Real-time player interaction has taken a step forward as scoreconnect confirmed a new integration partnership with Optimove, bringing its Telegram-based engagement solution to a wider network of iGaming operators.
The announcement was made during SBC Summit Americas 2025, where the platform’s capabilities were demonstrated in a live session.
The collaboration allows Optimove’s clients to activate Telegram engagement via scoreconnect with minimal integration time.
By linking directly with operator data through Player Account Management (PAM) or CRM systems, the platform delivers automated content, bonus offers and updates based on live user activity.
