GVC integrates Ladbrokes Coral games

GVC has integrated Ladbrokes Coral Group’s in-house studio-developed games, shortly after joining the US National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) President’s Circle.

GVC integrates Ladbrokes Coral games

Operator Ladbrokes Coral was acquired by sports betting and gaming group GVC on 28 March.

At some point during September, five of the 20 newly-integrated games from CR Games, the Manchester-based in-house studio of Ladbrokes Coral, will be made available in dotcom markets.

The new games will be added to GVC’s portfolio that already includes content developed by Win Studios and third-party suppliers such as NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Pragmatic Play and Play n’ GO.

However, customers in regulated markets, including Italy, Denmark and New Jersey will only be able to play the newly-added games later in the year

Liron Snir, GVC CPO, said: “This is an important milestone in the integration of GVC and Ladbrokes Coral and demonstrates the benefits to customers of bringing the businesses together.”

Another important milestone was achieved a few days earlier by GVC when the company announced that it had joined the NCPG President’s circle.

GVC will help to fund a “major” new study into the prevalence of gambling in the US and its associated problems

NCPG will also receive support to help with its “ability to provide the advocacy, awareness and assistance needed to promote responsible gaming behaviours and address areas of problem gambling.”

GVC’s CEO, Kenneth Alexander, said: “Joining the NCPG’s President’s Circle reinforces our commitment to ensure that GVC promotes the highest standards of responsible gaming while ensuring our customers can enjoy our products in a safe environment.”

Keith Whyte, NCPG Executive Director, added: “As a global leader in online gaming, GVC’s experience and operational excellence are a huge asset to NCPG and we look forward to working with them to develop and affirm national standards in responsible gaming.”
