IGT and Oyo Las Vegas team up to launch Wheel of Fortune slots zone

Las Vegas has welcomed another dedicated ‘zone’ for International Game Technology’s (IGT) Wheel of Fortune slot titles.

Oyo Hotel & Casino, a property near Sin City’s famous Strip, has opened a new space exclusively for games from IGT’s Wheel of Fortune range.

The so-called zone houses a dozen titles from the collection, including video slots Cash Link 2 and 4D Collector’s Edition.

Oyo’s new Wheel of Fortune area is also home to IGT’s largest cabinet to date, the Wheel of Fortune Megatower, alongside several PeakSlant49 cabinets.

“Oyo Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is thrilled to present the most exciting slots franchise to our guests in a unique way,” said Keith Williams, Executive Director of Casino Operations at Oyo Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.

“Wheel of Fortune slots are renowned for their highly entertaining themes and big jackpots, and this collaboration provides us with the opportunity to deliver our guests a one-of-a-kind memorable Las Vegas gaming experience.”

IGT’s Wheel of Fortune range is a licensed brand, themed after the American game show of the same name. Since the line debuted in 1996, IGT has made more than 250 iterations.

Oyo’s dedicated Wheel of Fortune area is also not the first in Las Vegas; Plaza Hotel & Casino launched one last year.

Nick Khin, IGT Chief Operating Officer, Global Gaming, said: “IGT is excited to partner with Oyo Hotel & Casino to bring another state-of-the-art Wheel of Fortune zone to Las Vegas.

“The innovative space combines the trademark Wheel of Fortune slots entertainment that players love, and a distinct environment with games that will drive play and differentiate Oyo Hotel & Casino.”
