Live Nation Canada becomes Great Canadian’s exclusive booking agent
The partnership comes before the official opening of Great Canadian Entertainment’s newest integrated theatre venue, which holds 5,000 people.
Great Canadian Entertainment has signed a new deal with Live Nation Canada, which will see many music and comedy stars perform at the former’s venues.
The partnership includes Live Nation Canada becoming the exclusive booking agent of Great Canadian Entertainment, which includes the Arena at Pickering Casino Resort, River Rock Casino Resort, Hard Rock Casino Vancouver, Molson Canadian Centre at Casino New Brunswick and The Schooner Showroom at Casino Nova Scotia.
The move comes ahead of the grand opening of the new Theatre at the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, which will house a 5,000-seat venue for live acts and other events.

The news comes shortly after the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino began construction in Ottawa.
The resort casino is expected to open in spring 2025 and will have a 150-room hotel with 22 suites, 1,500 slot machines, 40 live-action table games, a retail sportsbook, high-limit gaming and a Baccarat room.
