Better Collective strengthens its Swedish presence through new acquisitions
The acquisition comes at a total cost of €3.7m ($4m).
Better Collective has taken a significant step in solidifying its foothold in Sweden through the acquisition of four prominent sports media brands from Everysport Group.
These acquired brands, which include SvenskaFans.com, HockeySverige.se, Fotbolldirekt.se and Innebandymagazinet.se, collectively draw in nine million monthly visits from Swedish sports fans.
The acquisition comes at a total cost of €3.7m ($4m), which will be paid in three instalments and funded through cash resources.
With this move, Better Collective has stated that the acquisition isn’t expected to impact the financial targets set for 2023.
