Mohegan Sun launches new podcast in partnership with FanDuel
‘Sportsbook Live from Mohegan Sun’ will feature Brad Bryant, Eytan Shander & Mike ‘Mut’ Mutnansky.
As part of a new joint venture with FanDuel, Mohegan Sun’s new weekly sports betting podcast, “Sportsbook Live from Mohegan Sun,” premiered on Thursday 5 September.
The podcast features Mohegan Sun General Manager Brad Bryant, alongside Eytan Shander and Mike ‘Mut’ Mutnansky. The trio are set to discuss general sports events from the week, provide college and professional American Football game analysis, expert picks and detail specifics of special events from the Sportsbook. All episodes of the podcast are set to be made available on Spotify, Apple and Amazon Music.
Bryant, Mohegan Sun General Manager, commented on the launch of the new podcast, saying: ‘”It was a thrill to join Mut and Eytan for the premiere of this all-new weekly sports podcast live from Mohegan Sun.
“Each week, we will continue to deliver real-time analysis, make predictions, and showcase the incredible game-day experience at Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook. I’m excited to continue bringing fans this exciting content every week.”
This latest announcement follows Mohegan’s general Q2 2024 results for the three-month period ending 31 March 2024. The Tribal Gaming Authority posted net revenue of $461.7m, marking a 14% increase year-on-year.
This represented the organisation’s highest-ever quarterly revenue figure. Adjusted EBITDA, however, fell by 18% to $84m.
For FanDuel, the sportsbook released its ‘Trusted Voices’ initiative for Responsible Gaming Education Month (REGM) earlier this week. The program is aimed at promoting conversations between family members around the issue of gambling safety.
