Pagol.Bet partners with Fast Track for CRM platform integration

Pagol.Bet has partnered with Fast Track, integrating its CRM and player engagement tools into the Brazilian iGaming platform.
Pagol.Bet offers slot, casino and sports betting content in Brazil, having been approved as one of several operators authorised by the Brazilian Government to operate until December. Others to be included on the list are Stake, with 93 operators allowed to do business during the transition period up until the new year. On 1 January 2025, Brazil’s regulated gaming market will go live, with all operators to have not requested authorisation from the Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA) being suspended as of 1 October.
By integrating Fast Track’s CRM platform, Pagol.Bet will be aiming to increase engagement, personalisation and loyalty among players.

Despite the coming regulated market, there has been some pushback in recent weeks. Earlier in October Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva voiced concern regarding gambling addiction especially among those receiving welfare, saying a ban may be needed if the issue cannot be curbed. The Brazilian government also blocked 2,000 illegal sites in October, citing addiction concerns.
Elsewhere, West Ham United midfielder Lucas Paqueta has been summoned by Sports Betting CPI Chairman, Senator Jorge Kajuru to testify in a match-fixing hearing, having been charged with betting rule breaches in Brazil earlier this year.
