Ivan Kraynov, Co-Founder of Boomerang Partners, has announced his departure from the company to pursue new investment opportunities.
Kraynov, who helped launch the business in 2020, confirmed that he will now shift focus to projects across sectors, including technology and hospitality.
Kraynov said: “Looking back over the past five years, I’m truly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far – from forming a brilliant team and launching award-winning campaigns to turning Boomerang into a recognised name in the industry. I’m grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey.”
Boomerang Partners operates as an affiliate programme and agency and has developed a network of over 15 iGaming brands. The company has grown its profile through a number of campaigns and strategic partnerships in the sports sector.

In June 2025, Boomerang extended its media partnership with MightyTips, releasing a feature interview with former Italy midfielder Andrea Pirlo.

Boomerang has also formed promotional alliances with organisations and individuals, including AC Milan and footballer Alisha Lehmann. These partnerships have been used to boost visibility and strengthen brand alignment with global sports audiences.
