Could there be any more spins? BetMGM debuts Friends slot via Atlantic Digital

Over 30 years after its creation, TV show Friends is still going strong. The series today is enjoyed by both young and older audiences alike – with the Friends Experience in London even residing next door to the iGB Live trade show, at the ExCel Centre.
But Friends’ ties to gaming are now even closer, following the launch of “The One With the Multi Drop,” a new online slot produced by Atlantic Digital in partnership with BetMGM.
While the Atlantic Digital studio is based in ‘London Baby!‘, The One With the Multi Drop has started life in Michican and New Jersey, with additional markets to follow. Beard of bees, here we come!
This slot represents the first-ever official online casino game based on the hit TV show, with additional Friends-themed titles scheduled for launch at BetMGM in the coming months.
Outside of Friends, Atlantic Digital already has several TV-themed slots in its portfolio, with games based on The Godfather, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Ace Ventura and Cheers. Joey Tribbiani is still waiting, however, for a Mac and Cheese-themed game, although he’s hopeful his identical hand twin can put in a good word.
Fear not, though, images of Joey do feature in The One With the Multi Drop, alongside Ross Geller, Chandler Bing (rest in peace actor Matthew Perry), Phoebe Buffay and Rachel Green. Regina Phalange is an unfortunate absentee, as the businesswoman was reportedly out of town on business.
But players can definitely expect classic phrases such as “Pivot,” “How you doin’?” and “You’re My Lobster,” which all highlight certain wins, with gameplay set in Monica and Rachel’s apartment, all the while accompanied by the show’s theme song I’ll Be There For You.
