Lottomatica Group has released its financial results for the first half of 2025.

In total, €21.8bn ($24.93bn) was placed in bets/turnover with the operator, up 21% year-on-year. Gross gaming revenue (GGR) came to €2.36bn, up 13%, with revenue of €1.13bn, also up 21% (or 15% at normalised payout). Adjusted EBITDA came to €422.4m, up by a notable 33% (or 17% at normalised payout).

Looking at Q2 more specifically, revenue came to €543.1m, up 10% year-on-year. Of this, online revenue came to €223.4m, up 19% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter totalled €201.9m, up 20% annually.

Following these results, full-year guidance has been confirmed at €2.32bn – €2.37bn, while adjusted EBITDA is expected to reach between €840m – €870m.

Last quarter

Looking at Q1’s results, revenue totalled €585.7m, up 33% year-on-year, significantly higher than results from this quarter. Its online division, specifically, made €239.8m in revenue, up 59% year-on-year, with online betting volumes reaching €7.36bn, up 46%.

H1 2024

This time last year, €18bn in bets were placed with Lottomatica, up 23% from the year prior – not all that dissimilar to the rate of growth reported this half-year. Revenue rose at a similar rate, up 20% to €931.8m, while adjusted EBITDA came to €317.3m, up 21%.
