Allwyn - Allwyn is a multi-national lottery operator with leading market positions in the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Greece, Austria, Italy, the UK, and the US (Illinois). On 1 February 2024, Allwyn officially took over the UK National Lottery from Camelot after decades, then acquired a struggling Camelot UK whilst retaining positive revenue streams and partnering with a number of social initiatives.

Grupo Orenes – Grupo Orenes is one of the key players in the Spanish market. It operates 1,000+ casinos, bingos and gaming halls across the country. It is also rapidly expanding internationally, with a strong presence in Andorra, Portugal, Austria, Ireland and a few LatAm markets. In 2024, Grupo Orenes’ Versus brand became an official sponsor of Real Madrid CF.

Mecca Bingo – Rank Group’s Mecca Bingo has reimagined bingo in the UK, with campaign efforts, celebrity partnerships and more to bring bingo to general audiences. Whether its line dancing classes, omnichannel slot tournaments or partnering with major UK broadcasters, it has been far from a dull year for this UK legacy brand. In August 2024, the operator purchased an additional 170 state-of-the-art gaming machines from leading supplier Inspired, in an aim to offer superior entertainment experience to players across its venues.

Sisal – Flutter Entertainment-owned Sisal is the leading operator in the regulated Italian market. It has a network of over 50K points of sales in Italy and internationally. It holds licences in Morocco, Turkey, Tunisia. As a result of its omnichannel strategy, Sisal serves about 35 million customers. In September 2024, it partnered with PokerStars to establish a dedicated poker room and host live tournaments at Casinò di Campione. Flutter Entertainment recently announced that it is considering making a bid for the national lottery licence in Italy through Sisal.

La Française des Jeux (FDJ) – ​​FDJ holds the monopoly over France’s lottery and offline sports-betting sector, serving over 25 million players in the country through nearly 30,000 points of sale. The group is rapidly expanding into international markets. In 2023, it acquired Premier Lotteries Ireland, which has the exclusive rights to operate the Irish lottery until 2034. More recently, FDJ successfully implemented the UiPath AI-powered platform to streamline the retailer registration process, thus saving 250 working days annually and accelerating revenue generation across FDJ’s extensive retail network.

Luckia – Luckia is one of Spain’s largest operators. With 82 betting shops across Spain (which reported a turnover of €52m in 2023) and more than 200 points of sale across Cameroon, Luckia’s roots lie in the retail space. In Spain, Luckia’s venues offer sports betting, roulette and slots. The operator also introduced the Luckia Sports Café concept in the Spanish market which offers an enhanced sports betting experience with live sports shown on big screens in the most comfortable setting. In Cameroon, Luckia’s offering includes sports betting, lottery and virtual sports.

Superbet – What started as a small retail operator in Romania, grew not only in its home market but internationally. Today, Superbet has 1,200 betting shops across Romania and Poland, and offers customers pre-match and live sports betting, slots, virtual betting and lottery. In 2024, Superbet became an official partner of Spain’s LaLiga for the next two seasons. It also became the main sponsor of Dinamo București football team. 

Planetwin365 – Planetwin365 is known for its omnichannel offering at its 1,000+ betting shops across Italy, that makes use of digital verticals, whilst adding a personalised experience for customers. Planetwin365’s shops are designed to be a meeting point for immersive and multifunctional entertainment, to maximise the social aspect of the game and to experience the passion for sport along with other people. In 2023, the operator opened a 300-square-metres flagship store in Rome while in 2024, it became part of the Lottomatica Group.

Sportium – Cirsa-owned Sportium has the largest retail network in Spain with 3,000 points of sale across the country. It has dedicated betting shops as well as dedicated zones at third-party owned casinos, bingo and gaming halls. The operator strives to offer the best sports betting experience, based on technological innovation. Everywhere where Sportium is present, sports bettors can find next-gen self-service betting kiosks as well as big screens to enjoy live sports. 

Tipico – Tipico is the home of sports betting in Germany with 1,300+ betting shops. By digitising its shops, it connects the best of the offline and online worlds and continues to attract sports fans to experience betting together. Its success is driven by a leading product offering, supported by cutting-edge technology and significant marketing spend. Up to eight million bets are placed with Tipico (offline and offline) on any given Bundesliga match day. In 2024, the operator became the new official partner of the DFB Pokal for men and women, adding to its already existing partnerships with the Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga, the Basketball Bundesliga and FC Bayern Munich.
